Rifle scopes series
Rifle scopes with integrated laser range finder are primarily meant for long-range hunting. With such a scope, the hunter can easily obtain information about the distance to the target, without the need to change the shooting position. When the distance is known, the correction of the bullet drop can be applied, with dialing the right amount of clicks or with appropriate holdover of the reticle above the target.
LRF rifle scopes are a prime example of how all rifle scopes will work in the future. There are, however, drawbacks associated with this design of scopes at today’s stage of development. Most are heavier and bigger than their normal counterparts, and their light transmission rate is lower. With the integration of a laser range finder, higher cost is also unavoidable.
