Hawke Airmax rifle scopes description
Hawke Airmax rifle scopes are specialy designed for all kind of airguns, should this be the traditional spring powered air rifles, or the newer air rifles with high compressed air - PCP. All Airmax rifle scopes are made from a single piece aluminum, and have a 1 inch main tube. The reticle is set in the second focal plane (reticle size doesn't change with magnification) and is etched on the glass to withstand more recoil.
The lenses on all Hawke Airmax rifle scopes are fully multi coated for a brighter immage and better contrast. The turrets are capped for protection against accidental movement, and all models feature also a parallax adjustment ring that is located in front on the objective, and that's why the abbreviation AO, whitch means Adjustable Objective. The parallax ring has markings that go from 10 yards (9 meters) to infinity.
All Hawke Airmax rifle scopes have 3 times zoom ratio, are purged with nitrogen to prevent internal fogging, are o-ring sealed so that they are also fully waterproof and are also shockproof.
