The Leica Trinovid BCA 10x25mm is a premium pocket size binocular defined by its compact size, low weight, excellent optical performance and an incredibly attractive price tag. Produced since the early eighties, these binoculars are a real gem and are ideal travel companions for general nature observation, as well as sport, birdwatching and similar.
Bearing the Leica name, the Leica Trinovid BCA 10x25mm is made with high precision and using only the best components. P40 phase correction coated roof prisms and fully multicoated lenses ensure the image is clear and sharp with vivid colours and boasting excellent stray light and internal reflections suppression. The 10x magnification provides additional detail for viewing distant object while the generous field of view makes scanning the landscape easier. The 25mm objective lenses make for a truly compact size and at the same time gather ample light to allow these binoculars to be used even for stargazing.
The main trait of the Leica Trinovid BCA 10x25mm lies in in its very small size and low weight. A twin axis construction enables these binoculars to shrink to a size, only slightly larger than that of a standard business card. Consequentially, they fit into virtually any pocket where they are, due to their negligible weight of 255 grams, not even a slight burden. The twin axis also enables the pupillary distance to have a very wide span of adjustment, making these binoculars suitable for virtually anyone. Aluminium chassis, additionally coated with rubber armouring provides toughness and comfort and make these binoculars splash proof as well. Main tubes are filled with dry nitrogen to prevent fogging and risk of scratching the binoculars is reduced with Leica’s special HDC Highly Durable Coating. A central knob is used for focusing and the binoculars feature a close focus, enabling these binoculars to be used for observing objects or animals from a very short distance. Two position eye cups increase viewing comfort, particularly for users, who use eyewear.
The Leica Trinovid BCA 10x25mm binoculars are covered by Leica’s limited lifetime warranty and also a three-year Passport Protection Plan.
