IOR Tactical 6-24x56 is for many sports shooters the best choice in the whole offer of the IOR manufacturer. It offers all that we want from the tactical riflescopes, the reticle in the first focal plane (FFP), reticle illumination, turret settings calibrated in 0.1 milliradians, tactical turrets with great feeling, good repeatability of the reticle position, etc.

Riflescopes IOR Tactical has well established its presence in the U.S. market in the last decade, because of a good ratio between the quality and price. This is also the reason why their riflescopes are excellent purchases. The IOR manufacturer makes optical devices for more than 80 years, but important progress was made in the 70s last century with the modernization of production processes.

At this modernization also other major optical companies in the east block were included, especially the Carl Zeiss Jena. Exceptional clarity! The FFP feature wasn't a problem seeing that I use only SFP up to now. The scope was set to 24 power. The small center dot makes it easy to aim at the center of a target. Windage and elevation easy to adjust with a positive feel to it. Definitely my choice of scope from now on.

I have an IOR 6x24x56 scope which I purchased several years ago and never used. I can not locate the user/instruction manual. I am also wondering whether this is the Tactical FFP Model with Zero Stop, digital illumination and secondary point of impact. The turrets are both in .1 mil increments and the reticle is milrad. There are rubberized buttons on the right side next to the windage turret marked + and - . I desperately need written instructions in order to be able to understand the scope’ s features and learn how to use it. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, This particulary model is it a good choise for benchrest 100-200-300 meters and long range shooting 900 and 1000 yards??? I like and it is very usefull the elevation turret wich is possible to set the "zero" for example 100 meters and set a second zero for example 300 meters! And here is my biggest doubt...is it possible to see the wholes of a .308 caliber in the benchrest target paper?? I have hope so due the top quality lenses?? Anyone have experience in this with a 24 magnification??? Or is better and necessary the Recon model x 28 magnification? Kind regards

Yes this scope is good for shooting even at 1000 yards. About being able to see the hole of a .308 caliber on the taget paper, this depends on a lot of different factors, like the weather, moisture in the air... But in good conditions you will be ablle to see the hole even with this scope.
