Celestron Granite ED 10x50 Product description

Just like comparing a large window to a smaller one, the ample 50mm objectives give these binoculars the potential to capture more light than those using smaller lenses. This in combination with their top-end optical glass and coatings ensures that as much of this light gets transmitted through the system as possible for a brighter, better quality view. Then lastly the large 5mm exit pupil generated by the 10x50 arrangement ensures that your eyes are able to perceive a bright image even in low light when your pupils are dilated.
Thus as you can see, these Granite ED binoculars with their reasonably powerful 10x magnification enable you to view objects in greater detail at longer ranges even in very low light conditions making them a very versatile instrument and ideal for activities like general use, wildlife observation, hunting and even some birding in wide open areas like in the hills or at the coast. Being tripod adaptable also makes them perfectly suited for use in hides where you may need to keep the view trained on a specific location for long periods all the while maintaining a perfectly shake-free image.
Whilst not extremely long, the eye-relief is good as are the twist-up eyecups and thus they should be suitable for most wearers of eyeglasses.

Description of Celestron Granite ED Binoculars

The pinnacle of Celestron binoculars is definitely Granite ED series. These binoculars received The Cornell Lab of Ornithology award and award for the best Binoculars of 2013 by Best Binoculars Review. They are suitable for bird watching, hunting, traveling, wildlife, nature and astronomy viewing and offer ultra-high performance, perfect even for professionals. Incredible performance is a result of an ED glass, fully multi-coatings of lenses, phase correction, with other features such as open-bridge design for comfortable handling and 100% waterproof and fog-proof construction for incredible protection and clear viewing. Granite ED also comes with a harness strap, helping you with comfortable portability.

Granite ED is also well protected with tight seals making them impervious to moisture, dust and other solid particles. You will never have to worry about exposing them to extreme weather conditions. With the help of nitrogen gas that is purged inside the construction, the clear view will never be compromised when facing sudden temperature changes, that makes the occurrence of condensation on the inner sides of the lenses.
