Great Glass but Missing a Few Things to Make it a Great Scope.

I really like my Optika6 5-30x FFP. I love the positivity of the turrets, the nice clear lenses, the styling, the reticle, the amount of internal adjustment and the full feature set but there are a few things I wish Meopta had included with the scope. Firstly the Zero Stop system is very complicated and there are no instructions on how to set it. Secondly it does not come with a sunshade. Thirdly the locking turret should be the windage and not the elevation turret. Fourthly there should be a revolution indicator of some sort. Fix all these glitches and I think you would have a scope on par with a Nightforce or a Razor that wouldn't need to cost much more than it is priced at now.

Dear, I am interested in buying a Meopta MeoPro Optika 6 5-30x56 FFP optical sight. The product images show the .308 RD reticle type, however only the 6.5CM RD is offered in the ordering menu. Is it possible to order the mentioned sight with a .308 RD reticle, considering that I would use it on my Steyr SSG 69 PII, which is in the 308 Win caliber, and for the above reason I am interested in a sight that has ballistics for that caliber. Poštovani, zainteresiran sam za kupnju optičkog ciljnika Meopta MeoPro Optika 6 5-30x56 FFP. U slikama proizvoda je prikazan tip končanice .308 RD, međutim u izborniku za naručivanje ponuđena je samo 6.5CM RD. Da li je moguće naručiti navedeni ciljnik s končanicom .308 RD, obzirom da bih ga koristio na mom Steyr SSG 69 PII koji je u kalibru 308 Win te mi je iz navedenog razlog zanimljiv ciljnik koji ima balistiku za taj kalibar. Optika6 5-30x56 GDP. G product #1028390a. US product# 653600. Need information on how to adjust vertical zero stop. Manual indicates 3 set screws. Mine has 1 on the top of turret.

Hello! I have been looking at Meopto optics 6, 5-30x56, ffp with mrad rd cross for a while now. The one with the cross with the spruce and the dot. I also really like the Minox LR cross, but it is too expensive. I've read the forums a bit and for even reasonable money it looks like I could get a reasonable scope. I would be interested in delivery time, price and your opinion. And maybe some alternatives. There are quite a few, but the thing that puts me off is that most of them are Chinese. Perhaps unfairly. I wouldn't pay more than a good yorker because it's more of an investment for fun than a serious job. A bit on target, maybe some hunting. Thanks for the reply,

Pozdravljeni! Že nekaj časa gledam Meopto optika 6, 5-30x56, ffp s križem mrad rd. Tisti križ s smrečico in pikco. Zelo mi je všeč tudi križ Minoxa LR, vendar je predrag. Malo sem prebral forume in za še razumen denar izgleda, da bi dobil razumno optiko. Zanima me dobavni rok, cena in pa vaše mnenje. Pa morda še kakšna alternativa. Kar nekaj jih je, ampak odbija to, da je večina kitajskih. Morda po krivici. Več kot dobrega jurčka ne bi odštel, ker je to bolj naložba za zabavo kot pa resno delo.
