When it comes to producing a bright image even in very low light conditions, these 8x56 Celestron binoculars have been specifically designed to outperform all the other models within this Nature DX series.
The large 56mm objective lenses, good quality optics and lens coatings in combination with a very large 7mm exit pupil not only helps them collect more light but ensure that as much of it goes through the system and onto your eyes as possible. These core features make this model perfectly suited for users like wildlife observers, hunters and security personnel who often find themselves out in bad light like you get when the sun has yet to rise, or has just set. For the same reasons mentioned above, the 8x56 arrangement is also a popular choice for wide angle binocular astronomy.
The moderate 8x power and the relatively wide view will appeal to those who explore more confined environments like forests and woods where once again lack of good light can be an issue for smaller or more high powered binoculars.
Adjustable twist-up eyecups and a massive 23mm of eye-relief make this binocular an excellent choice for eyeglass wearers as it offers more than enough room to maneuver and gives you the ability to customise the distance to the ocular lenses to your exact needs.
Nature DX are entry-level binoculars made by Celestron. Offering pocket, compact, all-round and low-light binoculars, these inexpensive ones are perfect for nature and wildlife observations, and are also suitable for viewing the concerts and sporting events. All models in the Nature DX series are fully multi-coated giving you high-quality optical performance with the help of BaK-4 glass, well protected due to waterproof and fog-proof construction, have straight-through design for comfortable handling and multi-positioned eyecups, suitable even for eyeglass wearers.
Smaller models have a straight-through design so you can hold them in your hands much more comfortably with solid wrap-around grip. These roof prism binoculars are made out of polycarbonate housing materials which makes them lightweight and free of any fatiguing when handling and carrying them around the neck for longer periods of time, making them suitable even for children. The compact design definitely makes them a real pleasure to use when on adventure. Nature DX binoculars are also fully protected, so you can take them with you even when the weather is bad. Tight seals make them impervious to water and dust and the construction in also filled with nitrogen gas, to prevent internal condensation when temperature changes occur. All models in the series are also tripod adaptable, very convenient part of equipment, especially for models with higher magnifications.
They offer generous field of view which allows you to quickly track down the animals that are fast moving and also helps you to hold the aim on them for longer time. The close focusing distance isn’t bad either and allows you to see finest details even up close, thus providing amazing micro observations of insects or butterflies. For focusing, the Nature DX binocular offer grippy central focusing knob for smooth and quick adjustment, with the help of the right-eye diopter that is also incredibly grippy and helps to eliminate differences between both eyes. Nature DX binoculars are also equipped with a twist-up eyecups, offering generous eye-relief without vignetting, that can be completely twisted down for perfect adjustment for eyeglasses wearers.
Nature DX binoculars come with a case for storage that keeps them safe against impacts. They are also equipped with neck strap for carrying binoculars around the neck, objective lens and eyecup lens covers.
