Celestron Outland X 10x25

These compact binoculars with their 10x magnification and 25mm objectives are best used in fair to good light conditions whilst on a hike, camping trip or just about any travel adventure. Their small size and low weight also mean that they are a good choice should you also need to carry other gear, like a guidebook, camera, bow or rifle.
Whilst they have more power and therefore deliver more detail at long range, this 10x25 model has a narrower field of view when compared to the 8x25 Outland X and thus, will be better suited in wide open areas and for viewing objects at further distances.
These binoculars do come with twist-up eyecups, which for a low-cost compact is certainly not always the case and the 10mm of eye relief should be adequate for most users. However, if you wear eyeglass, this will probably not be sufficient and thus the 8x42 Outland X with its 18mm may be a better option for you.
At around 6 meters, the minimum close focus distance on this model is not ideal should you like to take your binoculars to an art gallery, museum or use them for the detailed observation of butterflies or even birds on a nearby feeder. If these or any other similar uses are of interest, then perhaps the Celestron Nature Dx 10x25 with its 2m close focus distance would be a better option for you.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Celestron gives Limited Lifetime Warranty for Outland X Binoculars. The company repairs or replaces damaged products, without charge. However, it doesn’t include No Fault Policy – doesn’t cover damages due to mishandling, misuse, neglect or accidental damage. Product exteriors - armoring and lenses are fully covered for 5 years against defects, not scratches or blemishes. Accessories such as lens covers, neckstraps and cases are fully covered for 2 years. Loss of the product or accessories is not covered. Collimation and optical alignment issues must be claimed within 30 days of purchase. You can claim the warranty with receipt as a proof of purchase.
