Hello. I just got the Hikmicro TQ50C The included scope cap is of very low quality and i want to change it. Do you know what dimention is on the threads on the front of the scope? I Wonder about this so that i might be able to use a screw-in Tenebraex lens-adapter. Thank you very much

Why would my thunder thermal scope go flat or turn off straight away after either putting new batteries in or recharging my recharge able ones. It either turn on and off straight away or will run for 10 minutes then turn off. On the screen it says I still have full battery power when I use my rechargeable. I have even tried buying new rechargeable batteries and it’s still does the same thing.

Hi I am just enquiring do you have these HIKMicro TQ50C in stock? And is there an import charge of import tax on this being sent to Ireland? As you know with the UK now there are large import duties. Thank you

Unfortunately, the product is currently not in stock. Once the order is placed the product should be available in approximately 4-8 weeks.

The import tax applies to all the countries that are not members of the EU. As long as you are not from Northern Ireland you should not pay any extra charges. However, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding any additional costs.
