About the Model (Telos XQ35)

The Telos XQ35 LRF serves as the introductory model in the Telos series, aiming to make high-quality thermal imaging accessible to a wider audience. It retains the series' signature modular design, which lets users upgrade their device without having to replace it entirely. This model is equipped with a compact Lynred sensor manufactured in the EU, featuring a resolution of 384x288 and a 17-micron pixel pitch. It includes a 35 mm germanium lens and delivers an NETD (Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference) of less than 25 millikelvins, which indicates how well the device can distinguish between tiny differences in thermal radiation in the image.

The Telos XQ35 LRF provides a 3x base magnification and up to 4x digital zoom. It features an HD AMOLED display designed to perform optimally in temperatures down to -25°C. Users can view thermal images in eight different color palettes, including the commonly used White Hot and Black Hot, for improved detection. The focus and zoom control rings are symmetrically positioned around the lens to facilitate balanced and straightforward adjustments.
